In Saint Petersburg more than 180 thousand counterfeit automotive lamps seized

The illegal production of counterfeit car bulbs was suppressed in one of the warehouses on Svoboda Street in the town of Krasnoe Selo. This was reported by the press service of the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. In total, the police seized more than 180 thousand counterfeit automobile bulbs, as well as industrial equipment, various components and documentation from illegal circulation. According to preliminary estimates, the damage is estimated at more than 50 million rubles. Currently, distribution channels for counterfeit products are being determined. Eight people have been identified who may be involved in the illegal activities.
