Our departments work together — from analytics and advice through to legal support. Coordinating them provides an integrated approach to the client’s business security tasks.
The project coordination department organises and monitors every stage of work — managing timelines, quality and cross-department communication, and keeping processes transparent for the client.
The analytics department collects, verifies and processes information and analyses companies, individuals and markets. We identify risks and violations, producing structured materials for management and legal decisions.
The legal department provides legal support at every stage of a project — advisory work, litigation, and legal strategies designed to protect the client's interests.
The special projects department coordinates engagement with law enforcement across Moscow, Russia’s regions and the CIS. The team provides expert and advisory support during suppression measures and documents outcomes within anti-counterfeit projects.
The IT and online department handles digital assignments — marketplaces, online checks, monitoring and OSINT analysis of internet activity, and remote or contract-based project delivery.
The monitoring department works offline sales channels: it monitors retail and wholesale markets, documents identified infringements and assembles materials within client-agreed projects. Where needed, it organises verification purchases and engagement with specialist advisers and competent authorities in accordance with the law.
