The large-scale production of falsified light industry goods stopped

“Employees of the Main Directorate of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, together with colleagues from the Directorate of Economic Security and Combating Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region, with the forceful support of the “Zubr” OMON, suppressed large-scale production of counterfeit light industry goods. It was established that the products, including items of children's clothing, were manufactured in the premises of a former cowshed located in the village of Lobanovo, Moscow Region. More than 50 immigrants from the countries of South-East Asia worked and lived at the sewing production in unsanitary conditions. No permits for conducting entrepreneurial activities, nor documents confirming the legality of the presence of migrants on the territory of the Russian Federation, were provided. In relation to labor migrants, a check is being carried out on the facts of violation of migration legislation.
