The International Conference of the World Association of Detectives (W.A.D.) took place in Prague on April 27-30, 2023, chaired by Alexey Solomanidin, Executive Director of Vlasta Consulting. During the period 2021-2022 Alexey Solomanidin was the President of this organization, and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board.
At the meeting the results of the past year were summarized, the current operational processes were discussed and plans for further development for 2023 were made. Various issues related to corporate security and intellectual property protection were brought up and resolved during the conference.
Vlasta Consulting and W.A.D. have been collaborating for decades. Within this period, the leaders of Vlasta Consulting had the greatest honour of holding the presidency of this organization, which counts several hundred members from 80 countries and is considered the largest association of its kind in the world.
Despite the challenging political environment, leaders and members of WAD continue to demonstrate unity and commitment to the core principles of the organization which are a sense of community, mutual support and a willingness to provide services to partners while adhering to high ethical standards.
